Returns/exchanges/refunds

She+Hair Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not issue refunds. All sales are final.

We will replace your products if you receive your package damaged. In the case of a damaged package, the product has to be broken, open, and/or spilled, and photo proof has to be emailed to us at info@dreamavenueblh.com for us to review and determine an outcome.
